Absolutely! Once the prize is yours, it’s entirely up to you what you do with it, keep it, gift it to a lucky friend or sell it on, the choice is yours!

When you enter a competition, we always send an email with your order details and ticket number(s). You can also find your tickets in the My Account section on our website.

We only collect information needed to run competitions and contact winners.

Your data:

• Is never sold
• Is never used for unrelated purposes
• Is only shared when necessary to operate the competition

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Full details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

If you win, we may need to share limited details with the Advertising Standards Authority solely to confirm the competition was run fairly.

All you need to do is email our team at hello@pixieprizes.co.uk and they will get it sorted for you. 

If you ask us to close down your account prior to the closing dates of any competitions you have entered, you will also be withdrawing from those competitions. This means we can’t refund you any of the entry fees you have paid.
