All our live competitions can be found on our Competitions page.

To enter:

1. Click ‘Enter Competition’ on the competition you’d like to enter
2. If there’s a competition question, choose your answer
3. Select how many entries you’d like
4. Click ‘Purchase Tickets’ to add your entries to your basket
5. Head to your basket and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to complete the purchase and be in the draw

Once your purchase is complete, we’ll email you to confirm your order and ticket number(s).

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, drop us an email at hello@pixieprizes.co.uk and we’d be happy to assist.

We also offer a free postal entry route for all competitions, including Instant Wins. To enter for free, send your name, address, telephone number, email address and answer to the competition question (if there is one) to us to this address:

All postal entries must be sent by first or second class post. Bulk entries are not accepted / will be counted as a single entry. You can enter as many times as the competition’s maximum amount of entries. Each free entry must be sent separately.

If the entry price is less than the price of a second class stamp (currently 87p) you will receive multiple entries for each entry you send so that the value of your entries equals or exceeds the price of a second class stamp. For example, if the entry price is 49p, you will receive 2 free entries for each one you send. If the entry price is 33p, you will receive 3 free entries for each one you send.

For Instant Win Competitions, you must register an account prior to entry.

At Pixie Prizes, we love offering prizes that are genuinely exciting. Our competitions feature a mix of:

In most cases, prizes are held in stock but, if a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, we’ll offer an alternative of equal or greater value.

Don’t forget, most competitions offer a cash alternative if you’d rather take the money💰

If you are a winner, firstly, congratulations! 

We will send you an email straight after the draw to let you know you’ve won and you’ll need to get back to us within 14 days to claim your prize.

If we don’t hear back from you within 14 days of the competition closing date then, unfortunately, we will have to select another winner. 

Make sure your contact details in your ‘My Account’  page are kept up to date as we will use these details to get in touch.

To enter our competitions you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Be a resident of England, Wales or Scotland. 

Unfortunately, we can’t accept entries from outside the UK as the laws for running competitions vary.

To keep things fair for everyone, our employees and their immediate families can’t enter, and the same goes for our suppliers and their employees.

We completely understand, trust matters.

Pixie Prizes operates within a regulated industry and takes compliance and fairness extremely seriously. We regularly share winner announcements across our official social media channels and on our Winners page.

From time to time, we support charitable causes through special competitions or donations linked to our draws. When a competition supports a charity, full details will always be clearly shown on the competition page so you know exactly how your entry helps.

We also love giving back locally, so you’ll sometimes see extra special competitions featuring prizes from local businesses in our community.
